1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Note: During sales, holidays, or peak seasons, processing may take 5–8 business days.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other partners).

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.

6. Local Pickup (In-Store)

You can skip shipping costs and pick up your order directly from our store.

  1. Select Local Pickup at checkout.

  2. Wait for an email confirming your order is ready (usually within 1 business day).

  4. Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure. If your package is missing, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you realize you made a mistake, contact us immediately at +1 281-216-6971. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to correct the address. If it has already shipped, you may need to contact the carrier or place a new order.

9. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some large or heavy vacuum models may have additional shipping surcharges (notified at checkout).

  • We cannot ship to freight forwarders or reshipping services. Orders to these addresses may be cancelled.

10. Customs, Duties & Taxes (If applicable)

For any future international shipping: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
