Thank you for shopping at Kaysanab. We want you to be completely satisfied with your vacuum cleaner or accessory purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.

1. Returns

Time Frame
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In the original packaging (including manuals, accessories, and any free gifts)

  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used vacuum cleaners (due to hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Opened filters, bags, or belts

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–8 business days to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Partial refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition (damaged by customer)

  • Missing parts or accessories

  • Returns made after the 30-day window (at our discretion)

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If you are returning an item for any other reason (changed mind, ordered wrong item), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your vacuum or accessory arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund including shipping charges

Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.

6. In-Store Returns

If you purchased your vacuum or accessory directly from our physical store at 2910 Haviland Avenue South, Lehigh Acres, Florida, you may return it in person within 30 days with your original receipt. Please call ahead at +1 281-216-6971 before visiting.
